3rd AEGEAN RTTY CONTEST (2012)

Our fellow colleagues,
we are sending you our greetings from Greece and the Aegean Sea and thank you to visit our web site.

The «Aegean DX Group» and «Aegean Radio Association SZ8S» with great joy, informs you that in 19-20 of May 2012 the 3rd «AEGEAN RTTY Contest» will take place.

Stations will operate from all over Greece (SV1,2,3,4,6,7 prefix), as well of AEGEAN SEA (SV5, SV8, SV9 prefix).

It will be a great opportunity for every radio amateur to get QSL cards from Greek stations on RTTY for their Awards or to simply to confirm Greece on RTTY mode.

The Contest is open for every one and will be held according to the IARU Band Plan of Region-1 on 80, 40, 20, 15, 10 m bands.

11th Aegean VHF Contest

Our fellow colleagues.

We are sending you our greetings from Greece and the Aegean Sea.

The Aegean DX Group with great joy, informs you that in 7th & 8th of July 2012 the 11th AEGEAN VHF & 6m Contest will take place.

Many stations with special call signs will operate from all over Greece (J4x,SXx etc), as well as from all the Greek Locators and of course in every mode CW, SSB, FM, RTTY, SSTV PSKetc.

It will be a great opportunity for every radio amateur to get QSL cards from Greek stations on VHF for their VHF Awards or to simply to confirm Greece on VHF & 6m.

The Contest will be held according to the IARU Band Plan of Region1 on 50, 144, 432 ΜΗΖ. There will be not any QSO sin FM modulation on 50 ΜΗΖ because it is restricted by the Greek authorities.
